What I Offer

I coach and mentor senior people within the business world to achieve their personal goals, whether that’s developing and building on their management skills, exploring their next career move, or taking some thinking time for self-discovery. Being adept at people management is one of the trickiest of all the skills in the leadership kitbag, and my background in human resource management provides the skills and experience to support you as your coach or mentor. Some of the key attributes of leadership are being able to communicate with, and motivate your team speaking with confidence and charisma. These are not always skills that come naturally. Coaching will allow you to recognise your strengths and develop your skills and confidence, and mentoring will provide you with the support and shared knowledge from my experience.

Executive Coaching

You will have an individual coaching and mentoring programme tailored to meet your needs: I will help you to establish your personal goals and usually this would cover six coaching sessions at a time and a place and time to suit you (or online).

I coach and mentor in various areas of working life, including career development; managing difficult work relationships and conflict situations; coping with redundancy and career change; and finding a healthy work/life balance. If you're lacking in confidence and self-esteem, or suffer from imposter syndrome, then coaching will help you to overcome your internal limiting beliefs. If you want a career change, you will find you have a wealth of transferable skills in your back pocket, and you might not even be aware of them.

Executive Coaching

How It Works

Coaching is a non-directive and developmental means of enhancing performance tailored to your specific goals. It enables untapped potential to be realised and provides a greater awareness of ourselves, our skills and our relationships. It gives you time to think, which is so often missing in our busy lives. Mentoring tends to be more input driven, sharing knowledge between us, and it will be a longer-term relationship. Sessions are tailored to meet your individual needs and provide a safe and confidential space, operating within the guidelines of the profession’s global code of conduct.

Consultancy

I am a qualified HR professional and Chartered Member of the CIPD, with over 30 years HR experience. I provide HR consultancy across the remit of HR practice but specifically specialise in employee relations issues; employment law and advice; coaching and mentoring; learning and development.

Your employees are your most valuable asset, so keeping an engaged, motivated, high performing, focused and agile workforce is paramount for continued success.
